The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss and take action, as appropriate, on the following matters:

1. Call to order, introduction, and public comments

2. Approval of minutes

3. Executive Director's Report

4. Presentations by BID contractors

5. Presentation by Howard on the Temple’s proposed new building plans

6. Such other matters as may come before the Board

7. Next Board meeting – tentatively – July 22

8. Adjournment

After the meeting Howard will lead a tour of the Temple.
