WILSHIRE CENTER - KOREATOWN NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL, BOARD MEETING AGENDA

Agenda

The public is requested to fill out a “Speaker Card” to address the Board on any item of the agenda prior to the Board taking action on an item. Comments from the public on Agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered. Comments from the public on other matters not appearing on the Agenda that is within the Board’s subject matter jurisdiction will be heard during the Public Comment period. Public comment is limited to 2 minutes per speaker, unless waived by the presiding officer of the Board. Agenda is posted for public review at 1) Cahuenga Library – 220 S. Hobart Blvd 2) Oriental Mission Church – 424 N. Western Ave 3) Seoul International Park/Ardmore Rec. Center – 3250 San Marino St. 4) Pio-Pico/Koreatown Library – 694 S. Oxford Ave. As a covered entity under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Los Angeles does not discriminate on the basis of disability and upon request, will provide reasonable accommodation to ensure equal access to its programs, services, and activities.   7. Public Comments – Comments from the public on non-agenda items within the Board’s subject matter jurisdiction. Public comments are limited to two minutes per speaker.

Process for Reconsideration - An official vote or action of the Board may be reconsidered upon request as follow: a.) Reconsideration may take place immediately following the original action or at the next regular meeting. A member of the Board, at either of the meetings shall make a motion to reconsider the action or decision. If approved by majority vote of the Board, the Board may immediately rehear the matter and take action. b.) A motion for reconsideration may only be made by a Board member who previously voted on the prevailing side of the original action or decision taken.
