The Annual Meeting of the assessed business establishments in the District will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2011. Coffee and donuts will be served at 8:00 a.m. and the meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. The meeting will take place at Southwestern Law School, Bullocks Wilshire Building, 5th Floor in the Salle Moderne Room, 3050 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles. This is a forum for assessed business owners and other members of the District to familiarize themselves with the functions of the Corporation and to express concerns and desires to the Corporation’s representatives.
AGENDA FOR MEETING:
- Call to order, introductions and public comments
- 2011 WCBID Program overview of maintenance, security, marketing, and other programs. For an update log on to www.wilshirecenter.com.
- 2012 WCBID Program and Budget.
- Elect the Directors of the Corporation for a term commencing August 24 2011, and continuing for one (1) year or until their successors are elected.
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
